Hunter was raised by TV and movies in the Ohio towns of Geneva and Perrysburg. At age 15 he premiered an award-winning funeral march for symphony orchestra. In Bristol, England he premiered a documentary about Israel–Palestine. In Spain he filmed at the castle where his ancestors died on a crusade to Jerusalem to bury the heart of the first king of Scotland.
He now gets paid too little as Director of Student Life at Fusion Academy Los Angeles.
